Make trail mix! Have you tried dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, cherries)? Almonds and walnuts are also good and have protien and fiber. There are also soy crisps and chips. Spread them with a little peanut butter and fold them on top of each other. Also try sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Small chocolate chips are a nice addition as well. You can spread some peanut butter on a pine cone and roll it in mix and make winter bird feeders to boot.

Good old gorp!

2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups granola
2 to 4 tablespoons milk, or as needed

In a large bowl, mix together the honey and peanut butter. Using a spatula, stir in the granola. Add enough milk to just moisten--you want it to stick together. Form into balls. Chill until ready to serve.

Very yummy and you can use low-fat peanut butter and granola. Whole foods has a granola Bare Naked - YUMMY~
