Wow! You are as dumb as they come. Do you really stereotype people like that? Do you really think Bush declared war in Iraq or was it Congress? Think before you write.

We are not a Christian nation... that is just talk radio garbage. The Constitution actually says that there will be no state religion. What the US is, however, is quite a tolerant nation of all religions. The fundamentalist Christians in this country only make up 25% of the population, but they are a very vocal and active group. SImply because the president and some members of his cabinet claim to be Christian does not mean that the entire country esposes the same views.
Making a statement like you have means that you think the generalizing a group based on the behavior of a few is OK. I don't think all Muslims are evil just because of the actions of a few extremists and you shouldn't either.
When you say "white people," do you mean American ones? European ones? There are lots of Christians who are not white, American or European.

this question is crammed with assumptions: (a million) that obesity in u . s . of america is basically the fault of Christians, (2) that obesity is a demonstration of God s judgment, as is famine someplace else, (3) that the Bible says its ok to hate our enemies (Jesus reported in Luke 6:27 "yet to you who're listening I say: Love your enemies, do stable to those that detest you," The question and some of the comments are little better than a thinly veiled expression of hatred in the direction of Christians and the church. It s no longer searching for an clever answer, yet is in uncomplicated terms baiting Christians to get right into a controversy with the questioner.

Your info is all wrong!! I think you just wanted to ask a question and you wanted to see how many answers you could get and the reaction. You just wanted to stir the pot!!!!

I don't think been born a Christian makes you a Christian. There are far more atheists than Christians. I'm not an American and think there are many people behind George bush and he does not decide all himself. I never felt threatened by a christian. Did you or are you just stirring up?

No you shouldn't cross the street when you see a whitey. It is not a common practice for white Christians to blow themselves up at the corner market or in the middle of a busy street. Now, if you live in another country, then run for cover. Whitey will get you!

George W Bush's Christianity is as phony as Tom Cruise's belief in Xenu. Bush would pretend to believe anything and pander to anybody to buy votes.
The Iraq invasion is simply empire building thinly disguised as a war on terror.

There are several reasons why your statement doesn't work.
1) The majority of Americans identify themselves as Christian, but that doesn't make the U.S. a Christian nation.
2) Not all Americans are white people.
3) Not all whites in America are citizens. We have many tourists.

Who is the "us" you are referring too? It is sophomoric to even consider calling all Christians terrorists. Are all Muslims terrorists?
I believe our great leaders have proved over and over again that the simple resolution of our country, whites, blacks, native Americans, etc is "do not attack or threaten us and we will not bomb you."

No, not a xtian nation.
But our delusional president/dictator seems to think so.
Bush is the worlds most well-funded terrorist. So crossing the street wont help.
--edit--
"Bush did not declare war, check your facts"????
THAT folks is the idiocy of america.
