It depends what the 'beauty mark' is. If you looked at it under a microscope, it would be quite ugly. Get it seen to. If something on your skin itches, there is something wrong with it. ie It is growing or developing in some way. If you cut yourself there is itchiness while the wound heals.

Any persistently symptomatic skin lesion ,especially if pigmented, needs to be seen by a Dermatologist.
Remember if a pigmented lesion is larger than a pencil eraser, has an irregular outline and is multi colored it may be a Melanoma which is a very deadly form of skin cancer if not
treated early.

No! It is probably a type of rash. All a beauty mark is an area of extra melonin, stuff the determines our skin pigment. a rash can be over a beauty mark.

If it changes shape and or is different colors it may be skin cancer. Go to a doctor and get it checked out.

That's one of the first questions they ask about moles in skin cancer screenings, if they itch. Get it checked. Its probably nothing, better be safe than sorry.
