Dogs, Geology, cake decorating, anything at all on Earth that can be explained completely in one book?

If God is everything wouldn't one book not come even close to describing it?

What makes you think that God is explained by one book.

I suspect that you are talking about the Bible.

The Bible only starts to explain God.

The very first verse shows that however many other books there are, God is incomprehensible.

Gen. 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. This means that he created the whole universe. This also means that God "Lives" outside time and space. Try to imagine what that means without using any reference to either time or space. It cannot be done.

Now how many books would it take to explain that one verse alone yet it takes only one line to type. Most Bibles have over 1200 pages. Countless books have been written about God. However the Bible is the collection of books that have been authored by God.

Hope this helps.
