Okay, well there is this guy that wants to have sex with me but we're not married and I feel the same way.We have been dating for 3 months now, so I guess my question is, do you think it's okay to have sex before marriage?

That is a completely personal question, but it complicates everything. If you think you could want to spend the rest of your life with this guy, then go ahead.

No matter how long it's been, 3 days, 3 months or 3 years, if you aren't ready and he isn't willing to wait then he isn't the right guy. Only you can decide if it's ok with you, with what you believe about god and with your lifestyle.

If he has had other sexual partners and he loves you he should go to planned parenthood or a free clinic and be screened for HIV and all the other STDs as well.

Please use protection no matter what you decide. Condoms are very inexpensive and can save lives.

I most definately think it is not okay. If you two really feel that strongly about each other than you should continue to date long enough and then get married, if he is not willing to do that, he is not the guy you want to do that with. It won't hurt to wait a little longer.

Judging by the fact you had to ask, it makes me assume there is some doubt in you that it's best. Think about if you were to break up a month after... You could really regret it. However, in the end it's up to you. I personally wouldn't, but it's up to you.

most people I know have had sex without being married. I think it is your call! If this is your first time, does fit everything you hoped for? I think mutual love, respect, and understanding should come into play. Never do something you are not ready for just to please someone else!

its up to you girl...sex can be wonderful and all that, but only if you're ready to take the next step. There is no real time limit in my head that says its ok after so many dates or whatever. Sometimes we do that so we dont have guilt about our carnal pleasures. If you want to do it and you're ready, then by all means...if not then wait

I think it's alright. I've been dating my boyfriend for about 2 months and we've had sex twice. It's what ever you feel confortable doing.

No it is not ok! We are to have sex only in a married relationship.
And please spare yourself the guilt that would follow if you force yourself into this.
Good luck!
