A deep conditioner about twice a week would help...Also, eat more protein...eggs, peanut butter, etc. Because your hair and nails are made of protein, the extra protein that is running through your system will be put towards making your hair and nails.

Wash it and condition it. I heard that if you wash it everyday, it could loose its' natrual oils, so like wash it every other day. (Its sounds kind of gross but it could help). Also maybe try baby shampoo like Johnson Johnson shampoo.(Don't know if it will help.) I use a LOT of Suave and Johnson shampoo and it works alot. (But thats what I use.) But try it, it could work.

use a shampoo that is made for that, wash your hair EVERYDAY, use mayo once a month (wash after), and NEVER use oil shine and grease are 2 different things.
