I have seen this girl who works in a new restaurant and she seems to find a way to pass by me often and be in my part of the restaurant frequently when I am there. When I left the other night she looked directly at me and kept her eyes on me until I walked from my table out of the restaurant. I kept my eyes on her and she did not look away until I passed her. I would have talked to her but I was with a date. Next time I will say hello. Does she find me attractive and is she interested in me and what do I do next?

yes she is interested....especially if you were with a date...she is waiting for you to make the next move since she probably doesn't know if the date was that serious.....go for it!
