Marketing gimmicks. Body Milk usually is a lotion that contains milk unless you're talking about the powdered stuff from Burt's Bees that is sold in old fashioned milk bottles - that actually is powdered milk. It's said to be good for your skin. I don't know if this is true or another marketing gimmick.

Shower gel is usually thinner, brightly coloured and smelling of fruits... Shower cream is usually thick and creamy, and can be in fruit scents, but is usually in vanilla or other smiliar scents. Shower cream is for dry skin but in summer it can be better to use shower gel as its more refreshing :) Body lotion is to be used after a shower, pat dry your skin and apply a nice moisturiser.
