If you are using Windows media player
click on "burn"
select "Audio CD"
pick your songs
enter a blank cd
then click start burn

itunes will also allow you to burn to audio.
basically the mp3 needs converting into aiff or wav file to be understood by a cd player

head on over to roxio dot com, this will give youa trial software, which actualy makes mp3s into normal files for a cd, or you can make a mp3 cd..hmm

http://cdexos.sourceforge.net is a free ripper and audio file converter. you have to convert the mp3 to a wave file (.wav). you can burn them by
a) convert the .mp3's to .wav's and burn an audio cd with your burning software
b) select the mp3's and let the burning software convert them for you.
it's quite easy!!
