Why do tou want to replace it ?? Has some one diagnosed the problem or is this a guess ?? There are a lot of problems that need to be solved before getting this far into parts replacement. You are looking at many $$$. What are the problems and have you scanned the trouble codes ?? Give some symptoms of your problem and maybe we can save you a lot of work and $$$. NEVER replace ANY part till you know the problem

TBI isn't a carb: it's fuel injection. There is really nothing to them: the injector(s) are replaced from the top with a few screws. There is an idle speed control motor which has a passage that gets "carbon-ed up" and a throttle position sensor on the side, but there really isn't much happening inside the unit itself.
