Three years ago, I met a great guy. I thought he's going to be my first lover and aslo the last one. Unfortunately, later I found out he's marriedand have a child. So I broke up with him. Today, I meet a new guy, I thought he's nice and sweet, too. But I am scared that I meet the wrong guy again. How can I find out whether he's a married guy or not? Are there any signs that tell that guy is married? Please don't tell me to ask him because most men say: "No, I am not married or No I don't have a girlfriend" because they want to date the girl. So please help.

Unfortunately we all run across some a holes, (or bi*ches if you are a guy), but odds are you aren't going to end up dating two guys in a row that are married but won't tell you. There are definite signs though that a man is married - have you been to his house? Do you have his home number? Have you met any friends? Also, I encourage everyone to post guys who are lying scum bags on don't date him girl.com

Married men do not want you to call their cell or home phone number
They will hide their calls from you and will not want you to come over to their place they rather meet at your place or at a near by hotel that way in case there is a family emergency they can be near by still
They will often take you to places that are far away from their home so no one will notice them or tell on them or get them in trouble
If this guy has doesn't any of the above chances are you met a great guy hey even I dated a married guy without knowing it after learning from my friends and going through my own experience I hope this helps you out !

You could tell him what you went through and that you do not want to go through that again and ask him for proof that he is not married. He could take you to his home, introduce you to his parents, something.....I don't blame you for being cautious and he shouldn't either. Warning signs....if he won't give you his home phone #, won't take you to his place, won't take you around his family or maybe his friends, has certain times he can see you, etc...he is probably in a relationship already. easy. you get all his numbers. work, home and cell phone, all of which, if the guy is truly single he tells you that you may call ANYTIME. if you only get a cell phone number that is shut off after five pm and he is not around on the weekends or on holidays, never have you over to his house and you never meet any of his friends, than he is married. feel free to follow him one day, just to make sure.

Well, if he only gives you his cell number, and will not take you to his place, or only calls at certain times and never deviates from that. There are some clues for you.
Last resort is hire a private detective.
It costs a few hundred dollars but at least you'll know...right?

This may seem crazy---but try looking for a ring--or maybe the fact that he goes home to sleep with his wife is a good hint. Are you serious? If you can't tell if he is married or not you have no business dating---at all

see how easily accessable he is, if he is unable to speak with you during large portions of the day, and he is very secretive about his home life (and you cannot go there). Chances are he is involved with someone else. Test him out a little bit, and see what you come up with...

Ask to see his W-4 and look for the deductions.
If he takes you to his house, he's not married.

ask him for his home telephone number and see if he will date you on Sunday afternoons like 3 in a row- usually his wife will be with him on Sundys
