You need to be a little careful here. When a person (man or woman) is excited by what they see, their pupils will generally dilate (get bigger). There is clear scientific evidence to support that idea. However, the same would be true if they are sitting in a poorly lit area, as the pupil needs to expand to let in sufficient light to make vision effective.
