I know this is the Jokes and Riddle section but Ive decided that this is the forum where all the smart people chill and who could help me better with a riddle then the riddlers?? Ive been at this for hours!! I just cant get past this "behind the blinds" thing...Please Help... and just so people cant say I didnt give a joke....here....

There's a picture and under it mentions something being *half full*. If you look at the source with View > Source, you'll notice the picture is images/pessimist.jpg. However, a pessimist would see this as half *empty*. So instead the picture should be what? I think an optimist would see the image as half full. So try looking for http://weffriddles/images/optimist.jpg instead... does that help?
Oops, I realized this was the hint for level 14, not level 12.. ignore that. Actually some of the information above *will* help. Try the View > Source "trick". You'll see that there are two images. The one behind is called http://weffriddles/images/blah.gif ... if you view it on its own, it might help.

try putting it on your desk top and then look at it there(set as background)
then if you get level 14 can you email me??!!
