Let me make things clear: SHE DOESN'T WANT HIM. He told me he's starting to care about me more and stuff, we have fun together. We haven't ******, even though he wanted to. We're good friends, but I'm definitely starting to like him and many people say that he likes me too, but he needs to get over this other girl.

This is something he has to do on his own. You can not make him forget his ex. You can try but that is going to be hard. If you gguys just got together right after they broke up then you are going to be the Rebound girl.
Most likely in order for him to decide what he wants you two need a break so he can get over the past and proceed into the future.

You can't do anything to make him forget her, other than be yourself and give him time. If you are right for him, and he has recovered from the past relationship (and why would you even want him if he's still mentally stuck in it?), then things will work out.

Get him to forget her? Do you want to be with someone that still loves their ex? He won't be able to love you until he is over her...and you can't force him to get over her. You deserve to be with someone that wants to be with you.
