I've got a few good items from T J Max. They occasionally have some such things as lead crystal bowls and such. Much less expensive than things you might get at on-line shops. For the distinctly Wiccan items, some online places are great. You can go to http://www.magickaschool.com for some items.

Still, I like to support local stores that cater to my faith. One of the benefits of going there (while things may be a bit more expensive) is the ability to meet other local Wiccans and Pagans. You can also talk to the people behind the counter. Sharing experience is worth quite a bit.

Please visit your local establishments if you have the opportunity.

www.azuregreen.com - A large variety of metaphysical goods (including Wiccan) at affordable prices. I've used Azure Green before, they are very reliable.

www.abaxion.com - More non-standard goods that aren't found in every shop in the universe. Abaxion is nice, but their deliveries take a bit to arrive.

www.capricornslair.com - Lots of inexpensive goodies.

www.sagsun.com - A large variety of inexpensive goods.

www.magusbooks.com/main - You can find almost any book you want here, including the non-mainstream variety.

http://store.whisperedprayers.net/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=WP - Whispered Prayers has a variety of very inexpensive goods.

http://www.themysticeye.com/magic.htm - Super cheapo supplies, everything here is under $20.

These linsk were difficult to dig up, because - being a Leo - I am used to more expensive things, like the grimoire found here:

http://www.brahmsbookworks.com/egyptiangrimoire.html

It is better to make as many of your own supplies as you can, because it's less expensive, and you infuse the object with your energy. I made my ritual robe, and I will make a new one. I made my staff, my wands, pentacle, seal, my altar is an heirloom, etc.
