Has anyone heard from their Spirit Guides? Did your get a real message and maybe their name? How has it helped you?

I am a Christian and believe in Jesus and God. I also believe God gives us these guide to help us in life. He told me so.

i have met a few guides and had them confirmed also by some mediums that i know
the one i speak with most is a lady who i named ... but she later told me that was not her name and the name she gave me was given to me also by a few mediums who did not know about her
she is quite like me in looks and personality and i feel i have known her all my life
it helps me knowing that even when i feel alone .... i never am

I have only one spirit guide, the Holy Spirit of God, who dwels in me through Jesus Christ! I received Him when I believed, and was baptized (immeresed) into Christ for the remission of sin.

My spirit guide always comes to me when I am looking off a bridge. He always has a right in my face Hello Richard and then is gone. Always same person. Always recognize him. He always just says Hello.

I do it via the net. I can surf and see Him as He wiggles His noodley appendages for our delight .
I believe in our saviour , the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
