Chocolate contains Caffeine - which in sufficient quantity's has been shown to help relieve headaches. The amount used in migraine medicines is usually combined with other agents, but is typically in a dose of about 40-80 mg.
A cup of coffee has about 100-150 mg Caffeine.
A cup of tea has about 50 mg of Caffeine.
A chocolate bar has about 30 mg of Caffeine.
If you over do it as with anything, the opposite effect will take over. An excess of Caffeine in your system can actually cause a headache.

SOMETIMES,if ur headache is due to lack of caffeine. If it is a tension headache, NO. If u get lots o headachesm especially migraines like myself, then u must learn to determine what type of headache u have. By process of elimination, unless u have psychic powers, is the only way possible to figure this out. Each headache can be caused by something different, and u have have the whole thing called life to help contribute to this project. Anything from smelling to yelling. GOOD LUCK

No, because sugar makes headaches worse. Water is the best cure for a headache.

Havent heard of that....but i Know caffiene helps Migraines...I drink soda when i get headaches and they wear off
