Being and feeling sexy is certainly not bad as long as you still
have a great personality and not acting slutting. Being sexy isn't
showing everyone what you have it is leaving a little to be
imagined. Show a little leg, a little clevage and let him or her
imagine the rest. That's what makes you sexy.

No. But it also depends on the circumstances like where you are and who your with. Like business wise you shouldn't be as sexy as you could be but going out on a Friday night then show what you've got. Add extra jewelry a shorter skirt or a lower cut top or not so nude makeup. There is a fine line between sexy and slutty so be careful not to cross it. Good Luck.

Being sexy is never bad. It's only if you abuse your sexuality or belittle others that might make be bad. Also keep in mind it's just as important to have a sexy personality to match

well no not really being sexy just shows other people that you are beautiful and that's the good side and the bad side is that some people may get jealous because you are sexier than them but if you think you are sexy believe in your self because you might make other boys attractive to you and who knows you might be a wife of a handsome young man believe it!

Best advice I ever got was from my Mom (a free spirited French woman). "Sexy isn't a look, its an attitude."
Learn how to flirt. Practice it. Dress in a way that is comfortable and suitable for your body. Wearing uncomfortable clothing changes your body language, making you seem uncomfortable with your self. Be comfortable in your own skin. You don't have to have a perfect body to be sexy. If you like yourself, it really shows through.

If you do want to be 'sexy', then good for you. If not, it's bad. If it was a cute guy that's good...but if you're like ten it's too young to be 'sexy'!!

it's not bad. i think where it becomes bad is if you show off your body in bad ways to be sexy. there is a girl i know that is skinny, but has an hourglass shape. sometimes she'll try to be sexy by wearing tight clothes and low-cut shirts. that bothers me. she isn't old enough to do that. it also bothers me when people try to dress conservative yet are trying to be sexy. but i don't think it's bad if you are reasonable for what your age is.
