you could try to call INS/ICE ahahahahaha but good luck getting thru.

if they tell you they "lost" your application, etc. call your congressman or woman to put the squeeze on them at your local office. they suddenly start FINDING things if you have a good congress person like i do.

As you charge to your VISA account, you will get monthly statements indication the amount you owe. Just review them...
