what do you think of belize city?im from there, i love it down there. but most people dont like it in the city.. why?

I had a professor who vacations in Belize. He said it the most laid back place on earth. Congrats!

I hate belize city. My husband is from San Ignacio and I can't wait to get out of Belize city and go to cayo when we go. I just think it's a little dirty and it seems like it's becoming violent..or more violent I guess. It just doesnt have the same beauty the rest of belize has. But I did have fun at the casino! and they had the BEST panades I ever had.

I haven't been there before but i have searched very much about the belize. There are many resources for belize but i found this site the best reference for it. One should definitely visit there. If i ever get a free time from my work then i will be going there.

I like it. I think alot of tourists compare it to San Pedro,and it is like comparing apples and oranges,because I think may look scary to alot of rich folks who are there for the beach/honeymoon/postcard scenery. But that ain't me.Me even like di Orange Rock bwai!
