I have an HP C5180 and need to know how to scan?

I'm trying to scan in a legal document and save it to my PC so I can edit it and reprint it. I can't find my owner's manual. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Install the scanner to your system
Install the driver fro the scanner. Do this by inserting and installing the cd that came with the driver
Most directions will be on the program included with the cd. If there is a program install it.
Put in the paper and your scan should come out. You can open it in adobe reader.
