that broke in there about six years ago i had previous arthoscopic surgery when i was 17 and now it has a lump behind the knee with effusion and very painful it feels like circulation is cut off from my knee down that hurts as well i want to know if and what surgury will be done and is the lump a nerve maybe?

The lump would not be a nerve but it could be pressing on a nerve causing the pain you describe. This same lump could also be compressing an artery reducing blood flow resulting in tingling or loss of sensation.Get your doc to check it out.It is unlikely to resolve without intervention

you need to go to a choirpractor and check it out you may need knee replacement surgery dont be scared its just like any other surgery if you need it
