Puppies do not do things just to make you mad. This is human rationalization. A dog is not a human and does not think this way. A puppy is just being a puppy. Yes, they need lots of attention, time, rules, and exercise. Make sure it gets all of the above. Then, make sure to learn more about dogs so you don't make the mistake of using human psychology on a dog. It's not fair to the dog and won't help you in your relationship with the dog.

I am unsure of how to answer this. You cannot give a dog too much attention. Yes it definitely could be the reason that she is peeing or whatever she is doing in the house. Have you considerered bringing her to doggie day care so she can socialize with other dogs if you are unable to give her alot of attention? If she is an only dog, then you should have LOTS of toys to keep her occupied. Kongs, nylabones, and just plush animals to keep her busy throughout the day.
If this is your first dog, then I would also consider taking her to obedience training. It will really help in the long run.

Dogs are just like kids if they feel like they are being neglected they will do anything to get attention. Even bad or negative attention is good attention. My Lab is spoiled but if for one minute he feels like he is not getting enough attention he will become a demon dog, only does the angel return when he feels he has had enough. So if your puppy feels neglected he will act out just to get what he wants. Make sure your puppy has plenty of exercise and training. The combination of both will calm her down and lessen the need to get you going.

Yes, dogs are spiteful just to get your attention. A puppy is like having a new baby - they need constant love and attention to make them affectionate and obedient. Please be patient and give 110% until your puppy has matured, after that, only 100% is needed.

What do you mean by attention and what does he do that makes you mad? What the Dog Whisper or read his book "Caesar's Way."
If your dog is not listening to you then he doesn't respect you, you might be giving all affection and not enough exercise and not being a leader. Your dog needs consistency in rules, training, etc.
If he is chewing that is making you mad, its normal for him, let him know what he is allowed and not allowed to chew.
