The photo, unfortunately is of NO help.
I would suspect, that if it is slightly indented, is tender or painful to touch, and has only recently shown up (as in the last 24-36 hours) that it is most likely a canker sore and will self-resolve in 3-5 days.
You can help things along by brushing it gently with your tooth brush dipped in Listerine several times a day, and rinsing with salt water. Also I've read that if you dab it with a Q-tip dipped in red wine, it helps to heal canker sores faster (never tried it myself).
If it doesn't get better in the next few days, make an appointment with your dentist or doctor.

It appears to be an abcess around your canine tooth. A lot of times the bacteria will multiply in there and produce a puss-like substance that oozes out. A dentist will need to confirm that with an xray and may need to put you on antibiotics also. You need to have that looked at because your sinus is right in that general area and the infection can spread. The only other thing that it could be is an ulcer that can pop up from time to time. That would that 7-10 days generally to clear up, but it really looks like an abcess to me. You may need to get a root canal done. Check with your dentist to be sure.

id say it was an abscess/infection that was discharging through your gum if you can squeeze it like a spot and goo comes out that's what it is (i know it sounds sick) be gentle though also sounds like you have an infection at the back of your mouth if your gums bleed possibly gingivitis or periodontitis
you need to see a dentist it may not hurt now but it will and it will start to smell !!!! Corsodyl should not be used for more than a month and don't use it straight after brushing your teeth it will stain them yellow and it will do it fast

not a hugely clear picture, but does it weep? do you get a bad taste in your mouth or a bad smell? It looks like you may have some infection at the top of the root of that tooth, and every now and then it flairs up and the infection needs to escape, it may not hurt because the tooth is dead, or you have a low pain threshold, or the fact that it is able to ooze out rather than swell under the skin, i would recommend getting to the dentist, they will be able to take an xray to check it out for you

And like I said a week ago...GO TO THE DENTIST! He is the one with the best knowledge on Gums. If he says go to the doctor then go and insist on an appointment with the specialist.
Dont keep asking here, it could be serious.

There are various causes of this type of thing - I would suggest that you make an appointment to see your dentist as it sounds like you have gingivitis which needs treated anyway.
As a GP I would send you to the dentist as they are the best people to look at and treat this!

hi, sorry your having problems...
but you really need to go to the doctors or dentists and have it checked out..
there is only so much we can answer on here and if its medical you really need to get it checked out...especially as it kepps coming back...
dont worry though...if it doesnt hurt its usually always a good sign...
my advice is to go to a doctor or dentist an they will suggest something...or even your pharmasist, show them, they will be able to point you to the right medicine-or the right place (doctors/dentists)
good luck again

I might have answered this before, so ignore me if I have, but it looks like an abscess. My son had one, and it looked just like that. He also said that it did not hurt. I would reccomend that you visit a dentist.

looks like a cold sore. You might try some ambesol. It will turn like crazy, but help get rid of it faster. Also, you don't dip or chew tobacco do you?
