I sure hope that I can help you. Dental problems need to be solved as soon as possible.
1. First of all, see if there is a dentistry training school nearby--see what can be arranged
2. Call you Chamber of Commerce and see if there is a Dental Hygienist training facility nearby. They can clean your teeth(usually free) and give advise on where the cheapest work is available.
3. Call your state health Department
4.Call Dentist in your area and negotiate for a best price.

If you don't feel confident negotiating your own prices with
the dentist office that you visit, join one of the dental plans, they
have prenegotiated prices for you.
