I want to make copies for some friends and family of DVD's I've done with my handy cam and have DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVD Decrypter. Several people told me that these two programs will "do the trick". However, I find it very confusing at times. Can someone please give me a "laymen's terms" description or instructions with how to copy and BURN using those programs please? Thanks in advance.

Although it has been a while since I have used DVD Decrypter, I believe that both it and DVD Shrink 3.2 are used solely to take the information off an existing DVD and save it to a computer. A program such as Nero will actually let you take that information and put it on a disc. DVD Shrink will allow you to compress and save from DVD to CD if you desire, but has no function to burn. If you get Nero or any free software for burning, you should be able to simply copy the disk using that program. DVD Decrypter and Shrink are more suited for dvd's that have encryption encoded on them that will not allow a burning program to copy them. I have personally found DVD Decrypter quite useless.
