I lived in Bradford for a while. Lots of Halal stuff there. I don't eat Halal so I can't speak for the quality. I'm sure there are lots of cities and towns with Halal restaurants and shops. Have a good trip.

Many of the small restaurant and food places are owned by Muslims from the Indian sub continant or Turkish people and serve hallal food, and not just in Bradford. And most if not all restaurants have vegetarian options, which should be hallal.

I had a halal kebab in a predominantly muslim area of Glasgow. I would presume that you could easily find similar halal food outlets in predominantly muslim areas of other big cities. Hope you find what you're looking for.

it depends on where in the uk you are looking to visit, where there is a higher concentration of muslims, it is obvioulsy easier to find halal restaurants, butchers and supermarkets.
to name a few places i know are london, birmingham, leicester, manchester, bradford, leeds
there will be many more areas, but these are to name a few

you could surely locate halal meat in many many places in London. in case you informed me approximately yet another place in uk possibly you does no longer be waiting to locate that straightforward, yet London is complete. regrettably in uk, the innovations that convey our meat on the table are unlike those we use in our international places. i'm no longer Muslim, yet in my usa the beef is halal, cos this is the sparkling thank you to consume it. I continuously desire halal meat and for people who've had it, understand that the style is extremely distinctive (lots better) from non-halal meat.
