Yes, something does feel "right" when at church. My thought, is that there is a great reason for this. If God is, who he says he is, then his Holy Spirit is at work in us all the time. Feeling a sense of peace, and love, or happiness, could come from him. It is probably a great sign, that you are in the right place. He wants you to know him more, God that is, and one great way is to attend a great church. The more often, the better.

Lots of people feel that way. Some people stick with it. Some people do it for a while and quit. Either way is fine. People go to church for the same reasons they go to a pub or a football game -- they enjoy the noise, the crowd, the music, the socializing. It's an emotional thing. Worship is secondary as you can always worship at home. As long you find church entertaining you'll probably go. Have fun with it.

Well you know, there could be many explanations :) Perhaps your higher self is letting you know that here is where you are supposed to be in order to take your next step on the spiritual path. Or maybe you were a church goer in a past life, and that is why it feels so familiar ;)

Yes, I feel the same way. However, I've attended church most of my long life. It feels weird if I'm unable to attend.

No but its super that you've found a home.

Religion is a perfect place for people who love superstition and ignorance and its specially designed to be a mental and emotional crutch to weak minded people such as yourself.

How wonderful for you.
You are taking your first steps into a larger world.
You are beginning a new journey...getting to know Jesus Christ.
Like Martha's sister Mary, you have chosen a better way...don't let anyone take it away from you!!
