no dont push your ear rings through because if it did close up and you have new tissue there your ear rings arent sterile and you could get an infection.....I'd go back to your piercer and tell em whats up. Are these new? You didnt say how long you've had em in. Anyways good luck to you.
oh and by the way nipple rings are friggin hot! --haha

I would reccomend nipple-piercing to just men, as it could interfere with a woman's nipple if attempted. See the doctor for further information.
Good Luck

Ouch!
And to answer your question, yes your body can start to heal itself that quickly. Your body has been forced to accept a foreign object and at the first opportunity to rectify the situation, it moved in and started healing.
You could continue to try to re-pierce the nipples, but why would you want to? It would seem to me that you might actually be causing more harm than good, especially if you want to breast feed later on.....

How long have you had them pierced? If it's less than about 12-18 months i wouldnt recomend leaving your rings out for more than an hour or so.
If it hurts to put them back in, chances are they are growing shut. Forceing them in can cause scar tissue to form.

Put some of that solution on them that you get when you get them done. Don't put alcohol/peroxide on them as that will only dry them out further and cause crusting.
Good Luck!

this is like asking why your car makes a funny sound after you purposely ran it into a tree.
