would you oppose having a hazardous waste landfill, waste treatment plant, deep injection well or incinerator in your community? Explain your reasoning. If you oppose these disposal facilities, how do you believe the hazardous waste generated in your community and your state should be managed?

Most hazardous wast can be neutralized .
Example this is how mother nature does it.
HCL bad acid
Caustic soda bad base
mixed correctly it will produce table salt and water.
This could dumped in the rivers in small amounts no problem.

We had one near us when we lived in Beatty, Nevada. They provided a lot of jobs and have been there over 40 years. Didn't bother me except a lot of the waste was coming from California.
