It's natural to want to be able to trust other people. There are a lot of good men out there. The hard part is finding one that is good for you. Don't give him all your trust and confidence right away. Make him work for it. He should do the same for you. As you spend time together, the real trust will come. If the real trust never comes, then you need to move on.

If someone were to ask, "How can I trust women? Why did I believe her?" would you be able to say, "I'm not that kind of woman! We're not all the same!"
The same is true of men. Yes, some of them are rotten and no good scoundrels. Others are wonderful and worthy of the highest honnors. Sadly though, there seem to be a decreasing number of good men--and good women.

some men cannot be trusted. don't feel bad i have the same issues with trusting men. well in a relationship i always give 50 percent so if they turn out to be a jerk i would be the first one to walk away.

This is the best advice you'll ever get from anyone: ALWAYS GO INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR HEART DEEPLY COVERED. LET HIM BE THE FIRST ONE TO FALL IN LOVE. AND IF IT'S YOU WHO FALLS IN LOVE FIRST, DON'T SHOW IT! DON'T LET HIM KNOW! He'll appreciate you so much for being 1 in a million - that cheating will be out of the question.
ALWAYS BE "TOUGHER" THAN HIM - HE'LL ALWAYS BE THE ONE TO COME BACK AND APOLOGIZE (even if it's your fault).

I feel the same about women. Sometime you just have to for peace of your own mind. People treat other people poorly a lot of the time out of selfishness. You just have to keep going until they hurt you, and just move on.

you need to somehow verify a lot about what a guy says and if he is honest, over time you begin to trust him, recognizing that men give in to temptation easily.....
