get at least 8 hours of sleep, don't eat big meal before bed, and don't just put the alarm clock on the other side of the room, hide it. Put it under the dresser or somewhere that you would have to spend a minute or two trying to turn it off. By then, you will be awake enough to walk to the bathroom and start your shower, which will help you wake up even more. I know it sounds weird, but it does work.

There is nothing more embarrassing than oversleeping when you have to meet a responsibility. I have this problem and solved it by getting an alarm clock that not only has a very loud ringer but also has a flashing light. You can also connect a bed shaker to it!
Here is the source to buy something like this. (I have never seen it in a store.)

Ask someone to pour a bucket of cold water on you in the morning...just kidding.
If you can't be woken up by an alarm clock, try asking someone to wake you up and make sure that you get up in the morning. If you go to sleep late, then that could be why you can't get up.

It sounds like you need to get into a regular sleep routine. You need to go to bed and wake up the same time every night. It doesn't sound like you're getting enough rest.

It's called an "alarm clock". Keep it out of reach then you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

So many variables here...but I go through the same thing.
Try to stay away from caffeine, exercise (mid afternoon or afternoon). Not late at night.
