I tried running 20 minutes a day for 8 weeks but I weigh the same as before and I was eating healthy.

As I explained just a few minutes ago to another...20 minutes a day is not enough. On the average, the body burns carbohydrates for the first 20 minutes of a cardio exercise, then taps into the fat for energy. Therefore, after 20 minutes you are burning fat. You are exercising for only 20 minutes. You haven't tapped into your fat to use for energy, thus, eliminating the chance to burn them off.

Watch what you eat and exercise regularly.
