Shouldn't Muslim women that continually use veils in Britain be issued with A.S.B.O s?

A.S.B.O s = Anti Social Behavior Orders, once issued and not obeyed then the guilty party will be acting againt the law.

Muslim women ARE allowed to wear whatever they want. No one's allowed to force them to wear anything if the Muslims dont want to wear it. But Muslim women CHOOSE to be humble and respected women who wish to cover themselves to avoid being molested by "hungry" men.
Now, pardon me, but what's A.S.B.Os? You see, you don't seem to know the purpose of and logic behind the veil. However, you must know that covering the face is NOT obligatory; it's a mere option, and some Muslim women just CHOOSe to wear it. Nevertheless, it's BEST for a female to cover as much as possible because there are quite a few "hungry" men out there. Lemme ask you this. If you were to see two females walking together, one covered mostly and the other not very covered, which one would you most likely wish to tease/offend? In some cultures where men can't understand why women cover themselves, those men may probably stare at and tease the covered women, but that doesn't happen too often, you see. Plus, usually when it does happen, it's considered discrimination since chances are, the men know that the covered woman is most probably a Muslim.
Anyway, do some research on why Muslim women cover themselves; they don't want men to disrespect them, and most of them succeed in this.

What's an A.S.B.O.? And there are Hadiths that say a believing Muslim women should cover her face in public so as to indentified as a Muslim and not be annoyed as well as to sheild her charms and beauty from all other men except her husband, father, sons, and other close male realitives.

Why ? they arent breaking the law - they are wearing it for religious reasons not so they can commit a crime- why do young men cover their face? for religious reasons? OK which religion ? or do they do it only to commit crimes

Any security issues can be easily dealt with (they can be asked a question) so its clear from their voice their women -or show their face to women officers - problem solved- everyones happy

Muslim women have been covering their face for decades in the UK with no problem - and they are a very small minority- its only racist politicians whove brought this up now to get votes stir up hatred

Isnt it fascinating that in America they've never contemplated banning the face veil - dont they have security threats ?

In fact Muslim haters and Muslims who preach hatreds should be both issued with ASBOs - they try and create hatred and division in society

All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the beloved Prophet Muhammad. It is a matter of modesty and a LOGICAL necessity for woman to cover themselves. It is for their own protection. Compare the crimes against women in the USA to an Islamic country. The Qur'an says:

“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyoobihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment ... And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allaah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful”[al-Noor 24:31]

Whether a woman chooses to wear the niqab (face veil) is her decision, it depends on her modesty and shyness. The use of the hijab (head scarf) is necessary though. Of course, any Muslim woman can choose to do what she wants but she must remember that one day she will stand before Allah and she will be asked about her modesty. Muslim woman aren't telling non-Muslim men how to dress, so they should not worry about it. In a world where ignorance is so prevalent, these women are only trying to hold on to what little moral fiber we have left in this society. Allah knows best.

The veil is an Arab custom. A women does not have to be Muslim to wear one. As I see it a women can choose to wear what she wants.
