Porridge.. delicious and nutritious.. =)
Soak the rice overnight and boil for few hours to form a more liquified and mashed texture.
Try different types of porridge from different ingredients..
-Chicken porridge from chicken bones/drumsticks (to make it sweeter) then bone the drumsticks...The remaining chicken meat into the pot.
-Fish with bones, but bone them before serving
- Pork porridge boiled with pork ribs to sweeten it and soft pork meat..
-Carrot and tomatoes porridge..
Before serving, it is good to add some sesame oil. The fragrant would definitely make you starving.. You can also add some fried onions and spring onion..
All the best to you.. =)

Thanks to the blender, when we can no longer chew our foods, we can still eat it, therefore never missing the flavoring. One of my favorite foods is oatmeal,yogurt,fresh/can fruit, preferably strawberries, mix together and enjoy
