Hey,
Well it depends, there are two types of flirting, if your going out and if your not going out.
If you are going out, then you will want to talk about the things he likes and get to know him. Ask about his family, school, and anything personal. Also, once you get to know his interests for example football, learn about football or maybe catch the scores of the teams that just played. Anything to let him know that you care what he cares about. As far as physical flirting just hug him, hold his hand, kiss him, and let him know you like him.
If you are not going out, then just smile at him, maybe give him a hug. Also, you can get to know him and become his close friend. You want to be the person he can always go to for help, and maybe later this will help bring on a dating relationship. When you are talking to him, always look directly at him and let him know he has your attention. Also, the things you say to him can be flirty (you'll figure it out if you don't know already).

why do you want to flirt? flirting is natural.you just pretend you like that person but you really dont.thats all flirting is.but you need to be focus on other things besides boys.please dont end up pregnant like the rest of these 12,13,and 14 year olds.

im 13 too, i show interest in the things he likes, i bat my eyelashes, giggle a lot when im around him, lightly touch him sometimes in sensitive spots like the face, arm, like that
