Its sad to think you would trade your dog for a bed and your only alternative option is death for peeing on it.
Anyway...do this
Next time he does it bring him in the room and gently! put is nose in it,and say "no!" a few times, he won't like it a bit but its a temporary measure...then bring him to the main door and take one paw and scratch the door with is paw then put him outside and congratulate him...he'll soon learn to skip the nose-pee thing and he'll go to the door when he wants to pee...
If your worried about your 500$ door too!(god forgive us)
put a scratch mat on the door...the idea is that your dog will not tolerate for long the pee-nose thing and he'll quickly learn the door is a much better option...
I have done this trick with all my dogs. Not one ever did it more than twice...and never again did they even try it again.
Buy a 5$-10$ book on how to train dogs. And next time could you do me a favour and consider giving him away as an alternative.
With all do respect do you expect your kids to not pee in their pants, he's six months old give the poor puppy a chance.Does he have a litter box.Do you bring him outside to pee often...do you congratulate him when he does...?...

Start potty training over...
Put a body harness on your dog and a 5-6 foot long leash. Whenever the dog is inside and not crated than tie the leash to your belt..so you will be constantly seeing the dog. When you see it start to search/circle/signal otherwise that it needs to go, walk the dog immediately outside to an appriopriate potty area. Make sure you use your chosen command word, give plenty of praise and treat when completed (make sure you have treats in your pocket, don't delay with rewarding the dog). Do this until your dog is consistently trying to drag you to the door to show you that it neds to go outside.
Make sure you've cleaned the inside of the house of all priors accidents, this means not just getting rid of the visible stains but of the enzymes..use a good cleaner rated for cleaning biological stains and odors... I use Orange TKO (it's great for anything in the house [laundry, bedding, general cleaning] and safe for pets) or Nature's Miracle...make sure you buy the dog formula

Your puppy not only needs your attention, but needs the basics of eliminating. You probably should go back to the basics to paper training a puppy, obviously something about that expensive linen (the smell of you on the linen) made him want to make you happy. Yeah smelling pee or seeing it stain your good linen does not set well, but he thinks it does.

The bed is usually considered power position, so its a form of marking "his" territory. dont allow him on the bed, teach him, correct him when he gets on the bed and/or close the door
