The Tatter, broc and cheez above sounds pretty damn good. I'd try that plus some sauteed green and waxed beans. Just put some butter in a pan and melt. Add in a cup of chopped cashews or pecans. Stir on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add in an equal amount of green and yellow waxed beans. Saute for 3 minutes. Add in 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and sprinkle the entire dish with brown sugar. Cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes and serve.

Rub the T-bone with salt, pepper and butter or olive oil. Broil them, about 8 minutes per inch, turning once. Serve with cooked white rice (cooked in chicken or beef broth for more flavor) and steamed broccoli or sauteed zuchinni with a little dried herbs like rosemary or thyme). The rice is a nice light alternative to potatoes and tastes great when it soaks up the juices from the meat on your plate.

Saute Spinach with Feta.

2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 half of an onion chopped
1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 bunches of cleaned and washed Spinach
Ground Black Pepper
Feta Cheese

Saute garlic and onions in a sauce pan with tight fitting lid. When the garlic and onions are translucent add all of spinach and pepper to taste. Turn off heat to pan place lid on and let the spinach wilt with the heat already in pan. Uncover and turn spinach in pan until all is wilted. Sprinkle top with Feta
