Whenever I try to become aware of my breathing but not interfere with it at all, it feels like right when I think about it I accidently change it. Is there anyway to stop this?

if you take a few extra deep breaths or a few extra breaths just because you became aware of it all of a sudden, there is no harm, why would you want to change your breathing, its a normal phenomenon!, good luck
