Did you try Flickr.com?? It is a photo-posting site that allows all types of users to upload photos. I use it alot for stock photos and such, there are some lame photos but then there are hundred of very professional looking photos.

I've always been a fan of Getty Images (www.gettyimages.com -> Search All of Creatiev).

However, I've also found istockphoto.com to be pretty decent
