are they still "in"?
i have bangs that come down to my chin, would they look OK?
my hair is 2 in. past my shoulders and layered. and my bangs down to my chin. without getting a hair cut. (i jut got one) what's a good hair style?
i'm not getting it cut, colored, or stuff like that...just something i can do myself.

be really careful when cutting ur bangs, side sweept bangs are still "in" but do it when ur hair is wet, angle the scissors so they slant, make sure u cut not alot if u dont want short bangs, hair is shoter once it dries so be careful. other than that dont try cutting ur own hair it could end up uneven

Bangs of all kinds are in right now. Go for bangs they look great.

yes side swept bangs are in just remember that wet hair will become shoter when it is dry so you need to take that into consideration

If you try using clips and accessories with your hair pushed to the side then it would be fun.
