She lost the phone number to call and we need to know how we can contact or locate them. Not really sure what the name of it is. It is in Arkansas thanks.

Call or go to the place where she wrote it and explain to them what happened and ask them what collections dept they send them too,and ask them to give you the phone number.

The best way to find out the company information is to order a credit report and find the collection account. It will show information assuming the credit bureaus are reporting it. They probably are if it's in collection status.
Order a free credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com
It's a legit government backed site. Don't use the other supposed free credit report services if you don't want to pay monthly fees.

Don't worry they'll call you! Or you can just look on your credit reports....all collection agencies when they put something on your credit also must provide their contact information as well.

You may simply want to contact the vendor for their collection info.
