There is no fact about the beginning of existence, just theories. Atheist argue in the beginning there was science, and science created the big bang? For them did everything just exist at some point in time, as a result of science being the answer to everything? Do atheist believe that everything that exist today came to be by a series of scientific phenomenoms, and that all matter in space has always just existed somewhere for some reason? Just wondering what is the atheist beginning of existence and what did it come from?

To be fair, both sides have the same problem of from whence it all came. God-based religionists say it is from God. But the rejoinder, of course, is where did God come from? Science claims all the energy of the Universe was bound up in a dimensionless point. Again, but where did that come from?

I think, however, those who believe in God have a better logical argument. That is that we humans, as part of this universe, can only observe this universe. God, as the creator, exists outside the universe. Thus, as God is outside the creation, the question of from whence does God emanate becomes meaningless as all questions of when, where, etc. only apply to the universe, not anything outside.

For me, there is no "beginning of existence". If we go back to the very first atom, we have to wonder of what it was created. If we identify that, we have to identify of what that was created. If matter cannot be created or destroyed, all it can do is change form. Even if matter is created out of energy, the energy must have been something else before that. I believe that existence itself has always existed, and always will. Just as the Universe is infinite, so is matter, which is all we are. Matter and energy.

I find it easier to believe this than to believe that everything was created by a deity in six days.
