for students studying in MAHE please?

hi!i want to know about the entrance exams for MAHE for MBBS.i know i can get all the details from a search but what i wanna know is whether the exam will be tough for students who don't study in cbse and whether we have to go for some special coaching classes for it.i heard the college is very good,is it so?i would like to join it and i thought that i could get more information from students.plz help and thank you!happy new year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for those out there who don't know it,MAHE stands for-Manipal Academy for Higher Education.
