I try not to take too many tablets, so use White Tiger Balm, just rub it into your temples and the back of your neck (don't use too much though). Then I just lay down quietly.
Tiger Balm is fantastic, I get mine from a Chinese stall on the market.
I suffer from Migraine, when I get one I still use the Tiger Balm, but take my migraine tablets too.
Anadin doesn't do anything for me.......... it's a sales pitch!

the best cure for a headache is to stay in the dark or not to much light. The pills do not work.

I tell my gf this everytime she eats a box of painkillers with her "headaches"
! If your body hurts it hurting for a reason ,all these drugs do is lightly supress this pain. Your body was around before all this crap ! Respect it ,dont take it ,learn to live with it .Painkillers dissolve your "headaches" and your LIVER !
Drink ur milk .And stay off the drugs....FOOOL
