Can anyone advise me of what this is:

Red bumps with a white head (Pimple like). Hurts extremely bad when I try to pop it. Throbs when it is irritated, bleeds when popped. Goes away for a small period of time but reoccurs in the same spot ???

probably an ingrown hair... do you wax or shave? if the answer is yes then it's probably an ingrown hair, the doctor can take care of it for you... and go to the doctor soon before it turns into a cyst or something...

It could be that you have some kind of heat rash which can burn and itch. Or a fungal infection (jock itch) My recommendation would be for you to go to Dollar General or any place with a pharmacy and puy som Epsome Salts, draw you a very warm bath and as the water is flowing into to the tub make sure that you dump you about a half a cup of Epsome Salts in thith the water. Sit is the water for about 20 minutes a couplo times each day and after your bath it is ESSENTIAL for you do drive off extremembely well. It you do not get dry in the affected area then you run the risek of groiwng even more fungil.

if its on ur inner thigh, its most likely not an STD. It could be just irratation from your inner thighs rubbing together or chaffing. Just use a lotion ever so often during the day to calm it down. If it doesnt go away, then go to a dermatoligist.

Well are you walking a-lot and are you overweight? If yes your legs may be rubbing up against each other and causing these pimple like bumps. If not are you showering everyday? Are you using a specific body wash/soap that may be irritating it? Do you wear underwear? Are you using the same towel? It may be some type of fungus also. I suggest type your questions on WEB MD and see what they say.

* A friend of mine had these symptoms and later she found out she had Lupus: a tuberculosis disease that occurs in many forms affecting the skin. You may want to have some blood work done, and see if this is not a factor. Wishing you well.

Yeah...heed the advice of others and see a doctor pronto. It could be ingrown hairs from shaving (although I don't recall them ever hurting that bad) or it coud be herpes or some other STD. Or maybe it's simply a rash from sweating alot or something.
