My ex and I used to talk a lot when we were together for 2 years ..We used to spend the day talking on msn , and on the phone ...everyday of the year ...but now that she 's left me for someone, she forgets about me , and have moved on ...We occasionally meet online but we talk less and less often now ...She has moved on with her new boyfriend, and me , I am still single, and sometimes, I caught myself constantly waiting for her online ...Eventhough I have nothing to tell her, but I feel better when I see her come up ...I can't disconnect, but yet she did ...I tried to delete her off my contact list , but I couldn't support her toal disappearance from my life, due to what we have shared in the past ...so I add her again ..but, she knew that I have deleted her ..and readd her..this has caused a slight problem ..but, yet now and then , we still talk ...I have to be online, but I am still in the mood to see her come up eventhough , it's just for see her online ..
what can I do about that?

it's tough. all of us feel this way at some point in our lives. we still love someone, but they've stopped loving us. as hard as it may be, you do have to move on. obviously she wasn't the right person for you. whenever you are feeling sad about her, take a walk. hang-out with your friends. you may even want to just avoid being on the computer for some time. try to meet new people, join sports teams, get involved in your community. again, you just need to get her off your mind and move on. the right girl will come along for you! just hang in there =)

You do sound like you're addicted. You don't have many options in this situation. You can't force someone to want to be with you. Figure out how to get addicted to yourself and hey, I'm not kidding. You do need to focus on yourself and your own needs. It's part of the healing process. Once you complete that, you'll be better able to find someone else that you connect with and wants to return your affection. Good Luck

i am sorry to hear that. I do not have that great of advice, but as lam as it is i cn tell you i am going through a simular situation. I miss my ex and can not seem to just move on. I to wait at my aim to hope to see her come on and hopefully message me. the part that upsets me is hat i think she is fine with out me and i am not with out her. The only advice i have is whaths slowly been helping me. Go out to social functions and make your self available. do not hook up with any one just flirt. atleast it might take your mind off her for a bit. i also try to treat it as a game now. i say whats on my mind to her. if she doesnot like it then i know to move on. its not easy but many feel this way. so atleast know that you are not the only one. that makes me feel the best. good luck man

She became a "habit" for you. Hopefully, you'll find a connection with someone new to replace her.
