All things are possible through Christ (who strengthens me). It is not Satan's choice to make to "go back to Heaven". Even Satan is under God's authority (read the Book of Job). It is only if God wills it that it shall be done.

He obviously "meets" with God. Look at the story of Job.
I am assuming God's court is in heaven (for now).
If you are asking if he can live in heaven again one day, I think he could if he did the things necessary to gain permanent entrance. I just don't think there is any way he would do those things.
Humble himself before God with a repentant heart.

It's not God's decision to make; it's Lucifer's. Angels don't possess the same nature we do. Once a choice is made, that's it; it's forever. He fell from heaven because he refused to serve lowly mankind for which he has nothing but contempt. His function is to argue before the throne of God the reasons why each and every human being is unworthy of Him and eternal life.

No. He could have, but he did not want to. God, being merciful and Just, gave Satan what he wanted and cast him out. Satan does not want to go back to heaven.

The Bible says "all things are possible with God."
that does not mean they are probable
or that they will happen
or that God will allow it to happen
according to HIS Will.

God made no plan for the redemption of Satan. Only mankind.

How could we possibly know the will of Our Father other than what He has shown us?

I would think so, unless God has foreordained everything. In which case, people are wasting their time with religion, seeing how God has already determined what happens to them when they die.
