Probably the same as an oven, 20 mins per pound + 20 mins overal. and leave to stand to breathe.

look in the cook book, if not there find on the net, if not that call your mother, if you and your mother have fallen out, call your partners mother, if both your and your partner's mums are dead I really do not know what should you do
