I stumbled across this phrase several times on my daughter's computer, what does it mean?

"Mami" in the context of this sentence, is a term of endearment equivalent to calling someone Baby.

Martha P is mistaken by saying that phrase could only mean something wrong in Spain. It is a common vulgar slang in Latin American countries as well, I am not from Spain and toto is very commonly used to denote what I stated above in Puerto Rico and other islands in the Caribbean. True, it is used as a dog's name in a movie, and there is even a rock band with that name. In the context in which you found it, it means exactly what I said before and nothing else. Osoascam obviously knows not much about Spanish slangs in the Caribbean.

Even though I agree you should keep an eye on what comes in your daughter´s computer, I don´t agree with KukiKat or myselfan as apparently that could only mean something wrong in Spain, NOT in Latin American countries. It means nothing as Osoascam says.
